Booking & consultations
Appointments are booked through Boulevard. New extension clients start with a $30 consultation, which is applied to your service — it lets us match your color, method, and goals before we reserve the time and order materials.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Extension and color appointments hold a large block of time, and 24 hours' notice gives us the chance to offer that spot to another guest. You can manage your appointment through your Boulevard confirmation or by calling or texting us.
No-shows & late arrivals
No-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit the $30 consultation deposit. If you're running late, let us know — we'll always try to accommodate you, but appointments that start late may need to be shortened or rescheduled so the next guest isn't affected.
Deposits for larger services
Full extension installs and multi-hour color services may require a deposit to book. Any deposit is applied to the cost of your service and follows the same 24-hour cancellation window described above.
Pricing
Our pricing is all-inclusive and transparent — the price we quote covers the service, not a stack of surprise add-ons. Final pricing is confirmed at your consultation and depends on your hair, the method, and the materials used. Prices may change over time.
Refunds & our satisfaction promise
Because salon services are personal and performed by hand, completed services are non-refundable. That said, we want you to love your hair. If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of your appointment and we'll get you back in the chair to adjust or correct it at no additional charge.
