Owner & Stylist · 20 YearsI'm Jillian, owner of Odessa Hair Co. and a stylist of 20 years. What I love most is helping women feel quietly confident in their everyday hair. My approach is technical and detail-oriented, but always grounded in real life — how you style it on a Tuesday morning matters just as much as how it looks when you leave. I care about the health of your hair, walking you through what we're doing and why, and making sure you never feel rushed or talked over.
When I'm not in the salon, you'll usually find me camping, riding my horses, petting my donkeys and dogs, or at a rodeo or horse show. I also love escaping to both the beach and the mountains — which probably explains why I'm drawn to hair that feels easy, effortless, and lived-in.

StylistAs a hairstylist, I specialize in lived-in colors, seamless blends, and finding a cut that will be a great fit for your lifestyle. I really enjoy complete transformations — while still making you feel like yourself, they're my absolute favorite! Whether you're looking for a subtle refresh or a bolder change, I strive to create low-maintenance looks that make your hair goals achievable. Ultimately, my goal is to make every client feel confident, cared for, and excited about their hair.
I'm also a mommy to seven children and married to my high school sweetheart — life is never dull, and I love it that way! When I'm not in the salon, I'm spending time with my husband and our dogs in our yard and garden, fishing, camping, and going on coffee dates to local nurseries.
